The main difference is credit validity. Subscription credits are tied to your billing window and expire when that window ends. Pay-as-you-go credits are one-time purchases that are effectively permanent — buy them once, use them whenever you like.

Different models cost different amounts of credits. The price is shown before you confirm a job. Credits are pre-deducted when a task starts: if the task fails, the pre-deducted credits are returned to your balance; if it succeeds, the deduction is finalized.

Credits never roll over. Subscription credits are valid until the end of the current billing window — for example, if you subscribe to a monthly plan on March 5, your credits are usable through April 4 and any unused balance is forfeited at the next renewal. Annual plans work the same way over a 12-month window. Credits from one-time pay-as-you-go packs are effectively permanent.

Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing at any time. Your plan stays active and your remaining credits stay usable until the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged again. Once that period ends, any unused credits expire — they don't carry over after cancellation.

Money-Back Guarantee: first-time subscriptions and one-time packs are refundable within 3 days (monthly / one-time) or 7 days (annual), as long as you've used 50 credits or fewer and made 5 generations or fewer (Relax-mode generations count too). Renewals are refundable in the same window only if the renewal is completely unused — no credits spent and no generations made — this covers the 'I forgot to cancel' case. All credits issued by the refunded order are invalidated and the corresponding subscription is canceled. You receive the order amount back minus payment-processor fees.

Yes, and upgrades and downgrades behave differently. Upgrades (including monthly → annual) take effect immediately: a new subscription starts on the target plan, the old subscription is pro-rata refunded based on its remaining time and unused credits (less payment-processor fees), and the new plan's credits are issued in full. Downgrades (including annual → monthly) take effect at the end of your current billing period: you keep your current plan's features and credits until then, and the new plan kicks in at the next renewal at the new price.

Yes — Studio and Business team plans start at 3 seats with a shared credit pool, centralized billing, and per-member usage analytics. Business adds custom per-seat allocation.
