Money-Back Guarantee

We back every paid order with a Money-Back Guarantee (MBG). The rules below are written in plain English so you don't need a lawyer to know what you're entitled to. If a refund request meets the conditions on this page, it is approved automatically.

The window is counted from the moment the order is placed.

Who is eligible

  • Any individual order whose age is within the window above and whose credit usage is below the threshold.
  • Renewals (subsequent billing cycles of an active subscription) use a stricter zero-credit threshold. This is intentional: it covers the "I forgot to cancel" case while preventing abuse from accounts that have already used the new period's credits.
  • Team and organization plans are not handled by self-service. Email [email protected] and we'll review case by case.

How to request a refund

Open Settings → Billing, find the order, and click Refund this order. The system checks eligibility automatically:

  • If you qualify, the refund is initiated immediately.
  • If you don't, you'll see the specific reason (window expired, credits used over limit, order type not supported, etc.).

There is no email queue. There is no customer-service hoop. You either qualify or you don't.

How much you get back

The refunded amount equals the original order amount, minus payment-processor fees and an estimated refund processing fee. Card networks and payment gateways do not return their fee to us when we issue a refund, so we cannot return it to you either. The deduction is shown before you confirm the refund.

Refunds are returned in the same currency as the original charge.

How long it takes

  • On our side: instant once approved.
  • On the bank / card side: typically 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement, depending on your issuer.

What happens after the refund

  • The subscription tied to the order is canceled immediately.
  • Every credit issued by that order is marked invalid, including any portion that was already spent on generations.
  • Generation history that used those credits is preserved for reference but the underlying credits are no longer billable or transferable.
  • You can still create a new subscription or buy a new pack at any time.

EU, EEA, and UK customers — 14-day right of withdrawal

Because our products are digital content delivered immediately on payment, you explicitly waive the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal at checkout. That waiver is required by us in order to grant immediate access to the service.

In most cases the Money-Back Guarantee above is more flexible than the 14-day right would have been (annual plans get 7 days plus a 50-credit usage buffer, for example). If you have made no use of the service whatsoever after checkout and believe you should still be able to invoke the statutory right, contact [email protected] and we will review.

Duplicate charges and billing errors

If you were charged twice for the same order, charged the wrong amount, or charged for a subscription you had already canceled, contact [email protected] within 30 days. We will refund the duplicate or erroneous charge in full, including any payment-processor fees that we would normally deduct. These cases sit outside the standard MBG window and are handled directly by our team.

Service outages

If the Service experiences a continuous outage that exceeds 24 consecutive hours and prevents you from using credits or features included in your current plan, contact [email protected]. At our discretion we may extend the validity of subscription credits, grant credit on your account, or issue a partial refund proportional to the affected period. This commitment is in addition to the standard MBG and does not depend on the refund window or credits-used threshold above.

Out of scope

The following are not covered by self-service MBG:

  • Team / organization plan orders.
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
  • Orders outside the refund window or above the credits-used threshold, except for the duplicate-charge and outage cases above.
  • Dissatisfaction with the quality of AI-generated outputs. Generative AI is inherently probabilistic — results vary between runs, may not match your expectations, and may require iteration. The price of each job is shown before you confirm it, and failed jobs return their pre-deducted credits automatically. We do not refund successful jobs based on subjective output quality.

Disputes and chargebacks

If something looks wrong, email us first at [email protected] — most issues are resolved within 72 hours. Filing a chargeback before contacting us costs us a fee even if you were right, and may result in your account being suspended while the dispute is open. We'd rather just fix it.
